Our culinary delights are a treasured inheritance from our Tahitian foremothers.  This evening, step into the heart of Norfolk Island's food culture as we uncover the traditional cooking methods from the dirt ovens of Tahiti known as "ahima'a" and follow the journey of these dishes as they were transformed by the Pitcairn Islanders.  Along the way, you'll see how our island community continues to achieve true "zero food miles," where paddock to plate is not just a saying but a way of life.  This is more than a meal - it's a dining experience steeped in history, culture, and flavours that are as local as it gets.
