Aata Orn tours was established by Arthur Evans in the early 2000s, using his passion and experience as a historian to tell the stories of Norfolk Island from a unique perspective in the iconic 'History in the Making' Tour.

Arthur has since retired, but his legacy lives on through Aata Orn's incredible storytelling, touring experiences, and heart. Today, Aata Orn tours is based from their central office in Burnt Pineand offers a range of touring and transfer options for over 5,000 visitors each year.

Aata Orn Tour - Great Introduction to the Penal History of the Island
We took an hour and a half tour called "World Heritage History Tour" which mainly focused on the history of the third penal settlement. It was an excellent introduction as it enabled us later, when travelling independently, to recognise and to understand some of the characteristics of a penal settlement. We found it very informative and interesting.
