New bookings that are made and travel within our cancellation policy tiers are also subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to change tour inclusions due to unforeseen circumstances when necessary.  When booking a tour each person accepts that they must take responsibility for their own actions to ensure their safety.  Passengers may not hold Aata Orn Tours or their staff responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may arise to themselves or their possessions either directly or indirectly.  Any personal property left in a coach whilst on tour is left entirely at the risk of the owner.

Aata Orn reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone, if they are considered unable or require services and facilities that Aata Orn Tours cannot guarantee or provide as part of the passengers safety.  Passengers agree that they will not hold Aata Orn Tours responsible for any decision made by us, to refuse to carry any passengers and that this decision does not involve any form of discrimination.

Regrettably motorized scooters are unable to be carried on Aata Orn Tour Coaches.

Any dietary requests, special meal requirements including allergies or any other special requests must be provided at time of booking.  Aata Orn Tours will endeavour to ensure all dietary requests are catered for, however due to the remoteness of Norfolk Island these cannot be guaranteed.

Aata Orn Tours may refuse to carry or terminate any passengers who affect the enjoyment of others with their behaviour.  Aata Orn Tours do not accept abusive behaviour.  When passengers make a booking they accept responsibility for the proper conduct of all members of their travelling party
